Fidalgo Coffee Roasters is seeking a Packaging Technician I to join our second-shift team at our GMP-certified specialty coffee roastery in Burlington, Washington. This is a full-time position working four 10-hour shifts per week, Tuesday through Friday.

About the Position

As a Packaging Technician, you'll play a hands-on role in producing and packaging specialty coffee. You'll operate packaging equipment, monitor production systems, and help ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and food safety.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Operating coffee packaging equipment
2. Monitoring production and packaging systems
3. Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
4. Following GMP and food safety procedures
5. Supporting production goals and team objectives

Physical Requirements

1. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
2. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout a 10-hour shift
3. Ability to work safely around manufacturing equipment in a production environment
