Ready for a new coffee adventure? Our mission is to help you discover your perfect cup. For an afternoon treat this summer, how about trying a cold brew?

As a member of the Fidalgo Coffee community, we want to share with you one of our favorite recipes:  Cold Brew Guandolo. It’s a traditional Columbian drink coffee farmers enjoy after a hard day’s work because it is both cold and refreshing. We hope you give it a try and you love it.

INGREDIENTS	INSTRUCTIONS
2 oz lemon juice 1 oz brown granulated sugar 4 oz Fidalgo Coffee cold brew concentrate 4 oz. water 1 handful of ice 1 slice of lime	Dip the rim of the glass in lemon juice and cover with brown granulated sugar. Fill glass with ice and add 4 oz of Fidalgo Coffee cold brew concentrate. Add 1 oz of lemon juice and 4 oz of water into the cold brew concentrate and stir. Garnish the glass with one slice of lime, and enjoy!

As you read through the recipe, you will notice this drink is made from concentrate. To make a concentrate at home, you can start with one of Fidalgo's blends that are specifically roasted and ground for cold brew:
